The following defendants were bound over to the Grand Jury last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court:

*Adam Simmons of 13355 Highway 114 South, Buena Vista, who is charged with vandalism up to $10,000 and theft of property up to $10,000.

A charge of vandalism up to $2,500 was dismissed.

*Jeffery L. Hampton of 137 Park Circle, McKenzie, who is charged with domestic assault.

*Charles Brent Jackson of 293 McCall Street, Huntingdon, who is charged with initiating the manufacture of methamphetamine and possession of meth with intent.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas and received sentences, fines, and/or court orders:

*Alexander Alvarez of 1740 East Main Street, Atwood, who pled guilty to public intoxication. He was fined $50.

*Mark Barrow of Buchanan, who pled guilty to public intoxication. He was fined $50.

*William B. Coleman of 378 Main Street, Hollow Rock, who pled guilty to failure to appear. He was ordered to serve 10 days and fined $100.

*Jefferson Crowe of Camden, who pled guilty to domestic assault.

He was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days, ordered to serve 14 days, and placed on supervised probation for 11 months and 13 days.

*Christina Donald of 78 Hayes Street, McKenzie, who pled guilty to attempted assault.

She was ordered to serve 10 days, placed on supervised probation for 11 months and 19 days, and given a no-contact order.

*Justin Ray Gateley of 385 Wood Hill Road, Cedar Grove, who pled guilty to theft up to $1,000.

*Jazz Johnson of 246 Cotham Drive, Huntingdon, who pled guilty to probation violation. He was ordered to serve 90 days.

*Jazz R. Johnson of 70 Holiday Drive, who pled guilty to failure to appear.

No sentence listed.

*Stanley Jermaine Jones of 208 Randle Street, McKenzie, who pled guilty to domestic assault. He was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days (suspended), ordered to serve 10 days, placed on supervised probation for 11 months and 19 days, and ordered to complete anger management classes.

*Candace Michelle Morrison-Price of Camden, who pled guilty to worthless checks up to $1,000. No sentence listed.

*Nelson Manuel Santiago of 110 Ash Street, Bruceton, who pled guilty to worthless checks up to $1,000. No sentence listed.

*Shawn E. Smith of 365 Veterans Drive North, who pled guilty to DUI (second offense). He was ordered to serve 45 days, placed on supervised probation for 10 months and 14 days, and fined $600. Charges of violation of implied consent, a seatbelt violation, open container, failure to carry registration, violation of financial responsibility, and driving on the right were dismissed.

*Daniel H. Sneed 4th of 5813 Old Stage Road, Huntingdon, who pled guilty to theft up to $1,000.

He was ordered to serve two days, placed on supervised probation for 11 months and 27 days, ordered to give 20 hours community service, and fined $100.

*Andrew Arnold Tosh of 95 Clarksburg Road, Clarksburg, who pled guilty to vandalism up to $1,000 and domestic assault. He was ordered to serve 180 days, placed on unsupervised probation for 18 months, placed on probation for 11 months and 29 days, ordered to pay full restitution, and ordered to complete anger management classes.

Charges for burglary (two counts) and vandalism up to $1,000 were dismissed.

*Heather Wallace of Trenton, who pled guilty to probation violation. She was ordered to serve 90 days. Charges of criminal trespass and failure to appear (two counts) were dismissed.

*Jimmy Blaylock of Dyersburg, who pled guilty to theft up to $1,000.

He was ordered to serve 10 days, placed on supervised probation for 11 months and 19 days, and ordered to have no contact with Walmart.

*Jacob D. Castleman of 515 Webb Road, McKenzie, who pled guilty to simple possession/casual exchange.

He was ordered to serve 10 days, placed on supervised probation for 11 months and 19 days, and fined $250. A drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed.

*Charles D. Cursey of 75 School House Road, Yuma, who pled guilty to probation violation. He was ordered to serve 10 days on weekends.

*Khristy Michelle Doyal of Waverly, who pled guilty to theft up to $1,000.

She was placed on unsupervised probation for 11 months and 29 days and ordered to have no contact with Walmart.

*Wayne A. Ross of County Line Trailer Park, Atwood, who pled guilty to aggravated criminal trespass and theft up to $1,000. He was ordered to serve 120 days, placed on supervised probation for 11 months and 29 days, and ordered to pay full restitution.

*Gary Wallace of 1005 Seminary Road, McKenzie, who pled guilty to domestic assault and probation violation.

He was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days (suspended), ordered to serve 90 days, placed on supervised probation for nine months and 29 days, and ordered to complete anger management classes.

A charge of theft under $1,000 was dismissed.

The following defendants were granted pre-trial or judicial diversions:

*Justin Baker of 143 Sunset Drive, Huntingdon, for theft up to $1,000. Conditions include no contact with Walmart and restitution to be paid in full.

*India L. Hogan of Jackson for simple possession/casual exchange. Conditions include 20 hours of community service.

All charges were dismissed against the following people:

*Kirk Bouchez McNeal of Jackson for failure to appear.

*Robert Dean Sweatt II of 12 Walnut Lane, McKenzie, for failure to appear on citation.

*Andrew Arnold Tosh of 95 Clarksburg Road, Clarksburg, for burglary (two counts).

*David Lee Warren of Jackson for driving on suspended and another license violation.
