HUNTINGDON (July 31, August 1) — The following cases were adjudicated as follows in Carroll County General Sessions Court.

One case was bound over to the Carroll County Circuit Court. Chadwick N. Ward, Highway 77, Trezevant was bound over on a charge of Domestic Assault.

The following cases resulted in a guilty verdict or plea.

Jorge Amezcua, Old Piscah Road, Bruceton, guilty of Domestic Assault, 10 days in jail, supervised probation for 11/19.

Sucatus Long, Walnut Lane, McKenzie, guilty of Assault, no contact with victim, unsupervised probation for 11/29; dismissed charged of Aggravated Assault.

Sandra Lott, Renfroe Road, Huntingdon, guilty, theft, pay restitution, supervised probation for 11/29, no contact with Dollar Tree; guilty of Driving While Revoked, $50 fine, 48 hours in jail; dismissed charge of Theft, pay Wal-Mart restitution; guilty of Violation of Probation, 30 days in jail, must complete rehabilitation; guilty Failure to Appear and Theft, zero fine.

Christopher Matthews, Highway 70, Cedar Grove, guilty Failure to Appear, $100 fine.

Julie Rogers, Highway 69A, Big Sandy, guilty of Theft, $100 fine, 10 days in jail, unsupervised probation for 11/19, no contact with Merchants Outlet Mall.

Tammy Therese Toth, Highland Street, Bruceton, guilty, Failure to Appear, 30 days jail, unsupervised probation for 10/29.

Tristan Warmath, Old Turnpike Road, Kenton, guilty of Evading Arrest, 40 days jail, unsupervised probation; dismissed charge of Resisting Arrest; guilty, Violation of Probation, 40 days jail.

Scottie Campbell, Cherry Street, Milan, guilty, Failure to Display/Possess, Cancel/Revoked License, $50 fine, 10 days jail, unsupervised probation for 20 days; dismissed, Unlawful Removal/Alteration of Registration Tag.

Gregory Hart, Benton Street, Huntingdon, guilty of DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 48 hours jail, not to drive for one year; dismissed Implied Consent; dismissed charge of Financial Responsibility.

Sabrina Jordan, Buck Ditch Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Forgery, pay restitution, supervised probation for 11/29.

Cameron Magouirk, Union Church Road, McKenzie, guilty, Display/Possess Cancel/Revoke/Suspended or Revoked License, two days jail, unsupervised probation for 28 days.

Jaleesa Melton, Green Oaks Drive, Huntingdon, guilty, DUI-First Offense, 48 hours jail, $350 fine, not to drive for one year, 11/27 unsupervised probation.

Stephen Rougeou, Robinson Levee Road, McKenzie, guilty, Domestic Assault, 20 days in jail, supervised probation for 11/9.

Tre Quantel Williams, Martin Luther King Drive, Union City, guilty, Unlawful Exposure with Intent to Cause Emotional Distress, $250 fine, supervised probation for 11/4, 10 days jail.

Dwarry Yarbrough, Everett Street, McKenzie, guilty, theft, time served, no contact with Little General-McKenzie, unsupervised probation for 11/29; Dismissed, Failure to Appear.

The following cases were dismissed:

Jessie Sanchez, Highland Drive, McKenzie, dismissed, Criminal Impersonation, Public Intoxication, guilty of Vandalism; 12 days in jail, unsupervised probation for 11/27.

Abigail Barrentine, Big Buck Road, Trezevant, dismissed, Failure to Appear.

Whitney Gregory, Main Street, McKenzie, dismissed, Domestic Assault.

Cameron Everet Magouirk, Union Church Road, McKenzie, dismissed, Failure to Appear, Failure to Appear on Citation.

Tre Quantel Williams, Dr. Martin Luther King Dr., dismissed, Failure to Appear.

The following cases were approved for Pre-Trial Diversion:

Grayce Turman, Connie Allen Road, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion on charge of Disorderly Conduct.

Karen Lindsay Cozart, pre-trial diversion on charge of charge of Domestic Assault; alcohol and drug assessment, unsupervised probation for six months, no violent contact with victim.

Kristie Heater, Walnut, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion on charge of Domestic Assault, no contact with victim.

Donald Allen Prince, pre-trial diversion on charge of Assault, no contact with victim.
