HUNTINGDON (December 12-13) — The following cases were bound over to the Carroll County Grand Jury of the Circuit Court:
Derrick Howard, 80 Park Street, McKenzie, bound over on the DUI- fourth offense, violation of the implied consent law, driving on a revoked license, and aggravated child abuse, neglect, or endangerment, and open container.
Cody Irwin, Cherry Creek Lane, Hollow Rock, bound over on aggravated burglary, theft up to $1,000, vandalism.
Ashlynn Hayes, Lexington Street, Huntingdon, bound over on aggravated child abuse, neglect, or endangerment.
Orlando Olive, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, bound over on charge of attempted second-degree murder, and four counts of reckless endangerment with a weapon.
The following cases were dismissed:
Louis H. Crawford, McLemoresville, dismissed failure to appear charge.
Gary W. Hadley, no address listed, dismissed violation of probation.
Jodi L. Kelley, Morningside Drive, Huntingdon, dismissed public intoxication, theft.
Matthew Blake Fourman, Winston Avenue, McKenzie, dismissed assault.
Genie Tegethoff, Buena Vista Church Lane, Buena Vista, dismissed, failure to appear.
The following cases were adjudicated with pre-trial diversion:

Teri Alexander, Barksdale Avenue, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion on a charge of allowing dogs to run at-large, bodily injury, order to pay restitution and not to own, shelter any dog for a period of one year.
The following cases were adjudicated as guilty:
Louis H. Crawford, McLemoresville, guilty, failure to appear, $100 fine; guilty, failure to carry driver’s license, $50 fine.
Anontia W.. Ford, Green Allen Springs Rd, Huntingdon, guilty, DUI: first offense, $350 fine, loss of license for one year, probation for 11/29, two days jail; dismissed a charge of driving while revoked.
Jodi L. Kelley, Morningside Drive, Huntingdon, guilty, DUI: Second Offense, $600 fine, 45 days jail, 10/14 supervised probation, no contact with Barnett’s Fitness, restitution to be paid; dismissed charge of driving while revoked and violation of registration law.
James H. Newbill, Bright Road, McKenzie, guilty, reckless endangerment, $350 fine, six days jail; dismissed charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Bradley Clay Pusser, Park Avenue, Denver, Colorado, failure to appear, $100 fine, credit for time served.
Lashaunda Rae Taylor, McClure Street, McKenzie, guilty, DUI-Third Offense, $1,100 fine, 120 days jail, supervised probation for 7/29. Dismissed charge of driving while revoked.
Stephanie Fowler, Renfroe Road, Huntingdon, guilty, failure to appear, $100 fine.
Sean Clifton Hart, Butler School Road, Bruceton, guilty, reckless endangerment -deadly weapon involved, 11/29 supervised probation, forfeit firearms carry permit and the weapon.
Raymond Earl Lockett, Hunter Ridge Cove, Huntingdon, guilty sexual offender registration form,30 days jail, unsupervised probation for 10/29.
Kenneth Warton, Lumber Road, Henry, guilty, theft, restitution to Little General, no contact with store, 11/29 unsupervised probation.
