Court Order Violation — A Huntingdon man was arrested May 10 for violating a court order.
According to the report by Deputy Dennis Adkins, a court order was issued against Ricardo Alvaraz Islas, 37, of 38 Jesse Lane in February prohibiting him from having any contact with Angela Patino of Huntingdon after Islas was charged with domestic assault. While investigating a gas drive-off, Adkins found Islas with Patino at a McKenzie business. A computer check showed that the court order was still active.
License Violation — A Hollow Rock man was cited into court during a May 13 traffic stop on Smyrna Road.
Curtis T. Owens, 51, of 601 Holcomb Street was cited for driving on a revoked license. Deputy Cody Walker reported that he pulled over a vehicle driven by Owens shortly before midnight. A computer check showed that Owens’ driver’s license had been revoked for a previous DUI conviction. Owens told Walker that his cousin lived nearby, so the deputy allowed Owens to call his cousin to come pick him up.
