Chicken Loaf


2 pounds Chicken cooked, chopped

½ cup rice cooked

2 ½ cups Chicken Broth

1 can Cream of Celery soup

2 whole eggs, beaten

Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into large Pyrex dish. Add 1 can of Cream of Chicken soup to top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees 50-55 minutes
