Crock Pot Chicken and Dressing


1 stick margarine

1 cup chopped onion

2 cup chopped celery

1 large skillet cornbread

1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

1 ½ teaspoon salt

2 teaspoon sage

½ teaspoon pepper

2 eggs, well beaten

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can golden mushroom soup

1 ½ or 2 cup chicken broth

2 or 3 cups cooked chicken

Melt margarine and crumble cornbread. Mix all ingredients except chicken. Add chicken last. Cook dressing and chicken in crock pot on HIGH 45 minutes stir and continue to cook on LOW for 4 hours.
