HUNTINGDON (October 31-November 1) — The following cases was bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court:
Michael Anthony Netherton, Seminary Street, Hollow Rock, bound over on charges of Assault with Bodily Injury, Theft Up To $1,000, and Aggravated Burglary.
Gregory M. Curry, Gwen Street, Paris, bound over on charge of DUI First Offense; Guilty of violation of implied consent law; dismissed charges of speeding and drivers license to be carried and exhibited.
Thomas Goss, Forrest Circle, McKenzie, bound over on four separate counts of attempted assault, possession of schedule VI drugs with intent to mfg, del, sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of use or possession of substance or device to falsify drug test, three counts of evading arrest, sexual offender registration form violation, multiple counts of violation of community supervision with criminal offense,
The following cases was dismissed:
Markel T. Allen, Alabama Street, McKenzie, dismissed charge of driving while license suspended.
Jayne Danyelle Byrd, Mebanewood Drive, Huntingdon, dismissed charge of driving while license suspended.
Cameron L. Wilbert, Germantown Road, Milan, dismissed charges of vandalism, and aggravated criminal trespass.
Courtney N. Wortham, Wortham Loop, Huntingdon, dismissed charges of driving while license suspended, violation of financial responsibility law, violation of light law.
The following case was adjudicated through pre-trial diversion:
Marlisha Lewis, Barge Drive, Cordova Tenn, simple possession/casual exchange, 250 fine and court cost.
The following cases had a finding of guilty:
Nathaniel Appell, Booth Road, Lexington, guilty of theft up to $1,000, restitution to be paid in full, no contact with Walmart, $100 fine and court cost, 11/29 supervised probation.
Brandon Barnhart, 122 3rd Ave, Huntingdon, guilty of misdemeanor failure to appear, driving while license revoked, violation of financial responsibility law, seatbelt law, $200 fine and court cost.
Robert Bolin, McCall Street, Huntingdon, guilty of public intoxication, sentence not listed.
Alicia B Hoag, Atwood Street, Trezevant, guilty of theft, 11/29 supervised probation; dismissed charge of theft.
James C. Kyle, Lexington Street, Huntingdon, guilty of probation violation and misdemeanor failure to appear, partial revocation, 30 days jail.
Jason A. Montesdeoca, Tower Road, Huntingdon, guilty of theft up to $1,000 and probation violation, restitution paid in full, partial revocation, 90 days jail, 9/29 supervised probation; dismissed charge of theft of property over $10,000.
Michael Douglas Smith, Grissom Road, Dyer, Tenn., guilty of domestic assault and vandalism, complete anger management program, no contact with victim, 11/29 suspended sentence, 30 days jail, 11/29 supervised probation, restitution to be paid in full; dismissed charges of aggravated domestic assault, and aggravated criminal trespass.
