HUNTINGDON (January 30-31) — The following defendants were bound over to the Grand Jury last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court:
Teria K. Cross, Vildo Rd, Bolivar, bound over on charges of theft of property-$1,000-$2,500, burglary-auto, and financial responsibility law violation.
Jeremiah S. Lesslie, Ebenezer Rd, Camden, bound over on charges of theft of property-$10,000-$60,000, burglary-other than habitation, and criminal trespass.
The following defendants entered guilty pleas and received sentences, fines, and/or court orders:
Jacob A. Carroll, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, guilty of probation violation and simple possession/casual exchange, $250 fine and costs, 2 days jail, 11/27 supervised probation.
Jason Forsythe, Hwy 22, Huntingdon, guilty of theft of services-$1,000 or less, restitution of $763.88 to city of Clarksburg, 11/29 supervised probation, can be released from probation after costs and restitution are paid; dismissed: charge of vandalism-up to $1,000.
Jessie D. Garcia, Stonewall St, McKenzie, guilty of failure to appear on citation, $160 fine and costs and 2 days jail; dismissed: charge of probation violation.
Joseph Sifrit, Broad St, Hollow Rock, guilty of theft-up to $1,000, cost and taxes, time served, no contact with victim, 11/29 unsupervised probation; dismissed: charge of misdemeanor failure to appear.
Sabrina Gail White, Carnell Rd, Huntingdon, guilty of misdemeanor failure to appear, costs and taxes and 10 days jail; dismissed: charge of meth-possession or casual exchange.
Joshua Cameron Pearson, Florida Ave, McKenzie, guilty of display/possession of a canceled/revoked/suspended/or altered drivers license and failure to appear on citation, $150 fine and costs, time served, and 30 days unsupervised probation; dismissed: charge of not having registration plate illuminated when headlights are on.
Christopher Sneed, Hill Rd, Paris, guilty of meth-possession or casual exchange, $750 fine and costs, 30 days jail, and 10/29 supervised probation.
Quenisial M. Toney, Kenland Dr, Memphis, guilty of failure to appear on citation, costs and taxes, 70 days jail, and 304 days supervised probation.
Nicholas James Tozzi, Harrison St, Paris, guilty of display/possession of a cancel/revoke/suspended or altered drivers license and misdemeanor failure to appear, $150 fine and costs, time served, 11/29 unsupervised probation; dismissed: charge of speeding.
Tristan Warmath, E. Union St, Gleason, guilty of felony failure to appear and driving while license revoked, $50 fine and costs and 11/29 supervised probation in Weakley Co; dismissed charges of misdemeanor failure to appear, and failure to appear on citation.
The following defendants were granted pre-trial or judicial diversions:
Jarrett Houston, Hwy 22, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion on charge of unlawful drug paraphernalia-attempt, $300 fine and costs, alcohol and drug evaluation and counseling diversion until 07/24/19.
Haley Brandt, Rowland Mill Rd, Buena Vista, pre-trial diversion on charge of possession/casual exchange, $250 fine and costs, 11/29 supervised probation, and alcohol and drug evaluation/counseling.
Michael Gordon, Westport Rd, Huntingdon, pre-trial diversion on charge of domestic assault, 11/29 unsupervised probation, alcohol and drug evaluation ordered, domestic abuse counseling ordered, no violent contact with victim.
All charges were dismissed against the following people:
Jared Scott Ainscough, Lone Oak Road, Paris, charge of failure to appear on citation.
Ricky Orlando Butler, Biggart Lane, Huntingdon, charge of driving while license suspended.
Taneisha Shante Gilbert, Spruce Apt. A, Shelbyville, driving while license revoked-second or subsequent.
David Wayne Salley, West Park, Dresden, charges of driving while license suspended and light law-motor vehicle.
