HUNTINGDON (February 6-7) — The following defendants were bound over to the Grand Jury last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court:
Thomas M. Anthony, Mallard Lane, Yuma, bound over on charges of possession of schedule II drug with intent to manufacture, deliver, and sell along with possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities.
Ryan Matthew Dunlap, Cade-Atwood Road, Milan, bound over on charges of aggravated burglary, burglary-other than habitation, possession of schedule II drug with intent to manufacture, deliver and sell, vandalism up to $1,000, and public intoxication.
Tyler Montrell Madison, New Zion Road, McKenzie, bound over on charges of aggravated assault, domestic assault, vandalism up to $1,000, and interference with emergency calls.
The following defendants entered guilty pleas and received sentences, fines, and/or court orders:
Daniel Keith Barnhart, Cheatham St, Bruceton, guilty of probation violation, costs and taxes, partial revocation, 30 days jail.
James Robert Carey Jr, Batey Lane, Bruceton, guilty of no license or stamp/hunt/fish/trap, no sentence listed.
Peter Gaskins, Batey Lane, Bruceton, guilty of no license or stamp/hunt/fish/trap, $50 fine and no hunting for one year.
Malik S. Huddleston, Buena Vista Pike, Nashville, guilty of unauthorized parking handicap/display license/placards, $200 fine.
Ethan Daniel Joyner, New Zion Road, McKenzie, guilty of reckless driving, $350 fine and costs, 5/26 supervised probation; dismissed: charge of violation of consent law.
Stanley Joyner South Broad St, Trezevant, guilty of public intoxication, $25 fine and costs.
Huntingdon Mayor Dale R. Kelley, 414 Knox St, Huntingdon, guilty of unauthorized parking handicap/display license/placards, no sentence listed.
Ayesha L. Love, Bill Knight Road, Millington, guilty of unauthorized parking handicap/display license/placards, $200 fine and costs.

Markeus D. Patterson W. Front St, Bradford, guilty of unauthorized parking handicap/display license/placards, $200 fine and costs.
Alan J. Rawlins, Alabama St, McKenzie, guilty of display or possession cancel/revoked/suspended or altered drivers license and financial responsibility law violation, $50 fine and costs.
James Roy Schieman, White St, McKenzie, guilty of DUI: first offense, 11/29 suspended, 11/29 supervised probation with SSI, $350 fine and costs, 48 hours jail, loss of license for 1 year.
Christian Malik Workman, Hunter Ridge Cove, Huntingdon, guilty of domestic assault, $50 fine and costs, 11/29 suspended, 5 days jail, 11/24 supervised probation, complete anger management.
James Barker, Hawkins Lane, Huntingdon, DUI: first offense, 11/29 suspended, 4 days jail, 11/29 supervised probation with SSI, $350 fine and costs, loss of license for a year; dismissed: charges of violation of implied consent law, financial responsibility law violation, and drivers to exercise due care.
Raymond Gonzales, Reynolds St, McKenzie, guilty of assault-attempt, cost and taxes and 11/29 unsupervised probation.
William Timothy Vestal, Clearview Dr, Trezevant, guilty of accessory after the fact-attempt, costs and taxes, 10 days jail, 11/19 supervised probation until costs are paid.
The following defendants were granted pre-trial or judicial diversions:
Dominique Sheree Bailey, Hwy 22, Clarksburg, pre-trial diversion on charge of possession/casual exchange, $250 fine and costs on supervised deferred probation.
Matthew G. Robinson, Hwy 436, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion on charge of motor vehicle failure to stop for a school bus, costs and taxes and deferred probation.
Ricky Lynn Sanders, Pea Ridge Rd, Huntingdon, pre-trial diversion on charge of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, $150 fine and costs on deferred probation; dismissed: charges of driving while license suspended and registration expired.
Krystal D. Taylor, Hwy 436, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion on charge of assault-attempt, 30 hours community service to be completed and filed with clerks office.
All charges were dismissed against the following people:
Tanner Hedge, Cotton Creek Rd, Bruceton, driving while license revoked.
