HUNTINGDON (May 8-9) — The following defendants were bound over to the Grand Jury last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court:
Erica Lynn Bradford, Old Springville Rd, Springville, bound over on charges of Theft Of Property-$60,000 - $250,000 and Evading Arrest.
Steven Pinkston, Lexington St, Bruceton, bound over on charges of Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment and Domestic Assault; dismissed; charge of Aggravated Assault.
The following defendants entered guilty pleas and received sentences, fines, and/or court orders:
Haley Baugh, Hwy 77, Huntingdon, guilty of Reckless Driving and Misdemeanor Failure To Appear, $350 fine and costs, 12 days jail, and 5Mos/28Days supervised probation; dismissed: charges of Leave Scene Of Accident-Property Damage, Registration Certificate Must Be Carried, and Financial Responsibility Law Violation.
William E. Brewer, Hwy 70, Huntingdon, guilty of DUI-First Offense and Driving While License Suspended-2nd or Subsequent Offense, 11/29 suspended sentence, 11/29 unsupervised probation, $350 fine plus court costs, 77 days jail, and Loss of License for 1 year; dismissed: charges of Misdemeanor Implied Consent Violation and Driving While License Revoked Due to DUI Conviction.
Kenneth Autrey Johnson, Hwy 22, Yuma, guilty of DUI-First Offense, 11/29 suspended sentence, 4 days jail, 11/25 supervised probation with SSI, $350 fine and court costs, and Loss of License for 1 year.
John P. Scherer, Brantley Place Dr, Mooresville, N.C, guilty of Public Intoxication, $50 fine and costs.
Gary Wallace, Seminary Rd, McKenzie, guilty of DUI-Third Offense and Driving While License Revoked-2nd or Subsequent Offense, 180 days jail, $1,100 fine and costs, 1yr/28days supervised probation, and Not To Drive in Tennessee for 3 years; dismissed charges of Habitual Traffic Offender-Driving While Restrictions In Effect, Misdemeanor Implied Consent Law Violation, Speeding, and Driving Unregistered Vehicle on Highway.
Kevin Burnine, Linden St, McKenzie, guilty of Domestic Assault, 20 days jail w/credit for time served, cost and taxes, no contact order dropped, and supervised probation for 11mos/5days; dismissed: charges of Interference with Emergency Calls and Aggravated Assault.
Jannie Diana Leone, Kay Ave, McKenzie, guilty of Allowing Dog To Run At Large, $1,500 fine.
Scott T. Long, Clay Farm Rd, Trezevant, guilty of Misdemeanor Failure To Appear, $100 fine and costs, 11/29 unsupervised probation, and 10 hours community service.
Cassidy Leann Meggs, South Forks Creek Rd, Huntingdon, guilty of Fraudulent Use Of Credit/Debit Card-Up To $1,000 and Driving While License Revoked-2nd or Subsequent Offense, Probation Fully Revoked, pay full restitution of $750.47 to victim, $50 fine and costs, and no contact with victim; dismissed: charges of Misdemeanor Failure To Appear and multiple charges of Fraudulent Use Credit/Debit Card-Up to $1,000.
Tommy Howard Rhea, Joyner Lane, Lavinia, guilty of Probation Violation, 90 days jail and court costs.
Brittany Marie Ward, Kirk Rd, Huntingdon, guilty of Attempted Assault, no contact with victims, cost and taxes, and 11/29 unsupervised probation.
Dossie L. Wright, Doran Road, Martin, guilty of Driving While License Revoked-2nd or Subsequent, 45 days jail along with court costs and taxes; dismissed: charges of Financial Responsibillity Law and Light Law Violation.

The following defendants were granted pre-trial or judicial diversions:
Formica J. Milliken, Hamilton St, McKenzie, Pre-trial diversion for Assault-Physical Contact-Attempt, cost and taxes, no contact order dismissed, and alcohol and drug assessment.
Jason DeWayne Depriest, Hwy 22, Huntingdon, Pre-trial Diversion for Aggravated Criminal Trespass, cost and taxes on unsupervised deferred probation and court review set for 4/22/20.
Maurice Lawrence, Forrest Ave, McKenzie, Pre-trial diversion for Criminal Trespass, No contact with McKenzie Sonic, If Lawrence has contact-He will serve 10 days in jail, Pre-Trial until 4/22/20.
Kobe Pope, Autumnwood Blvd, Clarksville, Pre-trial diversion for Evading Arrest, 20 hours community service, costs on supervised deferred probation; dismissed: charges of Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, Public Intoxication, and Resisting Arrest.
Samantha Rhea, Joyner Lane, Lavinia, Pre-trial diversion for Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $750 fine and costs, 11/29 supervised probation, alcohol and drug evaluation, and forfeit brass knuckles-gun to be returned if claimed by 5/24/19; dismissed: charges of Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia and Prohibited Weapons-Attempt.

Cindy Kay Hampton, Westport Road, Huntingdon, dismissed charges of Driving While License Suspended and One Way Roads and Rotary Traffic Islands.
Anna Grace Quinn Malin, W. 3rd Street, Parsons, dismissed charge of Driving While License Suspended.
Donald Moore, Mill Creek Rd, Cedar Grove, dismissed charge of Driving While License Suspended-2nd or subsequent offense.
Chrystal Gayle Owens, Henry Cemetery Lane, Henry, dismissed charge of Driving While License Suspended.
Rodney Wright, Trailer Park Lane, Huntingdon, dismissed charge of Driving While License Revoked-2nd or subsequent offense.
Missie Alaina Depriest, Hwy 22, Huntingdon, dismissed charge of Aggravated Criminal Trespass.
Cory Doyle, Modena Road, Decherd, Tenn., dismissed charge of Allowing Dog To Run At Large.
Cayce Denae Walker, Hwy 436, Trezevant, dismissed charge of Domestic Assault.
