Mrs. Hattie Robinson, age 85, of Huntingdon, Tenn. died Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at McKenzie Health Care in McKenzie, Tennessee. 

Funeral services are 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 28, 2018 in the Chapel of Dilday-Carter Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at New Hope Cemetery in Yuma, Tennessee.  Brother Lynn Stapleton will officiate.

Hattie was born on November 16, 1933 in Dyer County, Tennessee to the late James Clayburn and Minnie Louise Handley.  She was preceded in death by her first husband, Edwin Thomas Ellis; great-grandson, Brody Kelley; and sister, Sue Wainscott.

Mrs. Robinson was a member of the Huntingdon Missionary Baptist Church.  She was a member of the Helping Hands organization, as well as the Pink Ladies.  She worked at the Huntingdon Jewelry Store for many years and retired from the shirt factory.

She is survived by her husband, James G. Robinson of Huntingdon, Tennessee; daughters, Judy Ellis (David) White of Huntingdon, Tennessee and Kathy E. (Brian) Kelley of Huntingdon, Tennessee; brother, Billy (Christine) Handley of Hollow Rock, Tennessee; sister, Shirley Grady of West Memphis, Arkansas; five grandchildren, Adam Kelley, Drew Kelley, Heather Lewis, Clark White, & Will White; and seven great-grandchildren, Addison Kelley, Austin Kelley, Ellia Lewis, Ethan Lewis, E.J. Lewis, Tanner White, & Grady White.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. prior to the service at Dilday-Carter Funeral Home, Huntingdon.

Pallbearers include Adam Kelley, Drew Kelley, Clark White, Will White, Mitchell Whitworth, & Harold Webb.
