Homemade Granola

5 cups regular oats, uncooked

1 cup sunflower seeds

1 cup flaked coconut

1 cup chopped pecans

1 cup sesame seeds

1 cup soy flour

1 cup nonfat dry milk solids

1 cup wheat germ

1 cup honey

1 cup milk

1 cup salad oil

Combine first 8 ingredients, and mix well. Combine honey, milk, and salad oil; pour over dry mixture, and stir until well blended. Spread mixture on cookie sheets; bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour, stirring often. Cool and store granola in an airtight container until serving time. Yield 3 quarts.
