Public Intoxication — Robert Lee Rush, 56, of Huntingdon was cited into court July 26 on a charge of public intoxication.
According to the report by Officer Christopher Cole, he responded to a call about an intoxicated person walking down Bridgeman Street. Cole made contact with Rush, noting that Rush had bloodshot eyes, his speech was slurred, he was unsteady on his feet, and he smelled strongly of alcohol. Cole took Rush into custody “for the safety of himself and others” and transported him to the Carroll County Jail.
