Local Man Murdered in Gallatin

GALLATIN (December 16) — Gallatin police have arrested three people in connection with a deadly shooting that took place on the night of December 15 on South Maple St. in Gallatin. Police say they suspect the incident was a drug deal that turned into a robbery, according to the newspaper Gallatin News. 
Kevin Ronald Green, 21, a 2016 graduate of McKenzie High School, was killed in the incident. He played football at MHS and was the son of Tawanna Green. Funeral services were Saturday, December 22 at New Reedy creek Baptist Church in McLemoresville.
Andre D. Gillespie has been charged with criminal homicide, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, tampering with evidence, possession of schedule VI drug for resale and possession of drug paraphernalia. 
Two additional suspects, Nakia Rogan and Paris Kesinger, have both been charged with accessory after the fact (homicide), tampering with evidence, possession of schedule VI drug for resale and possession of drug paraphernalia.
