Niche.com Ranks Local Schools Among Top in State

The 2019 Best School Districts ranking is based on rigorous analysis of key statistics and millions of reviews from students and parents using data from the U.S. Department of Education.
Ranking factors include state test scores, college readiness, graduation rates, SAT/ACT scores, teacher quality, public school district ratings, and more. 
Huntingdon Special School District ranked 12th best school district on niche.com.

McKenzie ranked 26th and South Carroll ranked 35th on the most recent survey of school.
The top 10 included: Oak Ridge, Williamson County, Maryville city, Kingsport City, Greeneville City, Johnson City, St. Andrews-Sewanee, Germantown, Rutherford County, Alcoa City, Putnam County, followed by Henderson County (11th), and Huntingdon 12th.
