Mrs. Norma Gibbs, 85, of Huntingdon, Tennessee died Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
Funeral services were Friday, September 14, 2018 in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Billy Ringold officiating the service. Interment was in Blair Cemetery.
Mrs. Gibbs was born February 10, 1933 in Carroll County, Tennessee to the late John Ringold and Ruth (Belew) Ringold Dunlap. She was a Substance Abuse Counselor for Grace House and a member of the Church of Christ. She was also preceded in death by a son, James R. Gibbs, a sister, Kay Dunlap and a stepfather, Rice Dunlap.
She is survived by her daughter, Karen Russo of Waterford, Michigan; three sisters, Sue Smith (Jerry) of Huntingdon, Ann Wright (Leonard) and Myra Sasser both of McKenzie; two brothers, Donald Dunlap of Huntingdon and Steve Dunlap (Mary) of Bon Aqua, Tennessee; two granddaughters, Nicole Reid (Peter) and Michelle Russo and one great grandson, Jack Reid. +
