1 can Shoe Peg corn (whole Kernel)
1 can French cut green beans
1 can cream of celery soup
½ cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
½ cup slivered Almonds (optional)
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup sour cream
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 stick butter or margarine
Drain beans and corn, add with other ingredients except crushed crackers and butter. Melt stick of butter and pour over crushed Ritz crackers. Mix well and sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
