Mc Kenzie, TNMcKENZIE, Tenn. - A memorial service for Tammy Gurley Stambaugh is Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at McKenzie First Cumberland Presbyterian Church. The family will receive friends Friday, September 28, 2018, 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, 1:00 p.m. until service time. All visitation will take place at the Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Reverends Kevin Woods and Tony Janner will officiate the service.
Mrs. Stambaugh, a homemaker, died Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. She is a member of McKenzie First Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
She was born June 27, 1964 in Milan to Luther Howard Gurley and Anna Lou Peterson Long. She is preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband, Mark Reynolds Stambaugh of McKenzie, two daughters, Carrie Lynn (Eric) Cross of McKenzie and Jill Ann Stambaugh of Australia, one son, Skyler Reynolds Stambaugh of McKenzie, one sister, Carol (Jimmy) Mayo of Milan, two brothers, Glenn (Barbara) Gurley of Union City and Danny Gurley of Hernando, Florida and two grandchildren, Ellie Reynolds Cross and Max Wyatt Cross.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to Interstitial Cystitis Association (IC)
