Posted

Tennessee College of Applied Technology-McKenzie’s Machine Tool Instructor, Zak Crider is on the kidney transplant list at Vanderbilt University. He received a living kidney over seven years ago and this allowed him to live a normal life, marry, and enter the workforce. Unfortunately he is now in need of a second transplant.
Zac graduated from TCAT McKenzie Machine Tool in 2014 and was hired as instructor in 2015. He is always willing to do the extras around campus and has a passion for his students,  SkillsUSA (He won GOLD) and machine tool.

Persons interested in completing the questionnaire to see if they are eligible to donate, the link is https://www.vanderbilthealth.com/transplant/50306, click on “Complete the living donor referral form.”
His information: Zachary Crider, dob 2/26/88.
The first step is to know if you are able to give and then if you are a match, you will never be out of pocket for expenses as the process is paid for by the Vanderbilt Transplant Fund.
