The War Eagles had a hitfest in the first contest scoring 15 runs on 13 hits while recording 14 RBIs. They plated three runs in the first inning, seven in the second inning, and five in the third inning while pitcher Jaxson Hames pitched a perfect no-no giving up no hits, no runs and no walks while striking out seven in three innings of action to collect the win.
Antonio Williams, Aaron Heckert, and Zack Heckert had two hits each in the game while seven War Eagles had extra base hits including, both Heckerts, Hames, Williams, Tyson Keymon, Devin Nash, and PJ Winberry. 10 War Eagles recorded RBIs in the contest. 12 War Eagles scored runs led by Dylan Cox with three runs.
