HUNTINGDON (August 19) — Carroll County Mayor Joseph Butler officially swore in Morris Rogers on as a Commissioner for Carroll County. Rogers was elected to represent District 4 in the August election. In filling a vacancy through election, Rogers will begin serving immediately.
