Immediately as the MHS football team departed the school en route to Chattanooga for the championship game, earth-moving equipment excavated the football practice field and started construction of a new multi-purpose building. more

McKENZIE (November 11) — Continuing a long-standing tradition, McKenzie High School hosted area veterans and presented a program to honor their service to America. The 10 a.m. ceremony on Veterans Day is conducted annually by the Student Government Association and features student presenters, the MHS Band and a featured speaker who served in the military. more
PARIS (November 5) — The Marching War Eagles of West Carroll High School traveled to Henry County High School this past weekend to compete in the Division I Tenn. State Marching Band Championships. Even with the rain and wind the band went into their preliminary performance with the best show to date, according to the news release. more
