McKenzie Special School District Board of Education meets Tuesday, February 1, 5:30 p.m. at 114 Bell Avenue. On the agenda is the reconsideration for approval of debt to construct a multi-purpose facility at McKenzie High School. In January, a voice vote of the four members in attendance approved up to $4.5 million in debt to construct the facility. Three of the members were absent. Also on the agenda are a proposed change to the school calendar to make March 17 a regular school day and the second and final readings on graduation activities and requirements for special education students.
