1000-Acre Lake’s Budget Woes Require $480,000 Infusion from Huntingdon

HUNTINGDON — Carroll County Watershed Authority (CCWA) approved a $1.173 million budget for the operation of the Carroll County 1000-Acre Recreation Lake for fiscal year 2021-22, which began July 1, 2021 and ends June 30, 2022. The Town of Huntingdon, for the second year in a row, is supplementing the otherwise deficit budget of the CCWA.
