Cakewalk April 21
The Macedonia Community Center is hosting a cakewalk on Friday, April 21, at the Macedonia Community Center, 4680 Highway 423, McKenzie. Food service begins at 5:30 p.m. and the cakewalk at 7 p.m.

Dixie Car Show Top 25 July 1
The Dixie Car Show Top 25 is Saturday, July 1, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., in McLemoresville. Entry fee is $20 and food will be provided by the McLemoresville Fire Department. For more information, contact Bill Hargrove, 731-415-3952.

The Carroll County Democratic Party meets the third Thursday of every month at 6 p.m. at 12740 Lexington Street, Huntingdon.

The Carroll County Republican Party meets the fourth Tuesday of every month at 7 p.m. in the court room of the Public Safety building, 12740 Lexington Street, Huntingdon.

Smalltown Cruisers Antique Car Club Meets Monthly

Kappa Sigma Golf Tournament April 15

The Kappa Sigma Golf Tournament is Saturday, April 15, at 1305 Carroll Lake Road, McKenzie. The tournament is a four-man scramble and includes free breakfast and lunch, raffles, bundles, prizes, closest to the pin and putting contests. Tee off time is 8 a.m. and the cost per team is $200. Shepherd’s Table Community Kitchen
The Shepherd’s Table community kitchen serves meals the third Tuesday of each month at First Presbyterian Church located at 19835 East Main Street, Huntingdon. Meals are served restaurant style with drive-through available after 6 p.m. It is open to the public and there is no cost. Donations are accepted. All are invited. It is our mission to create a community atmosphere where individuals can come in and have a meal in a comfortable setting. We encourage friendly conversation, prayers and laughter. Caring Hearts Food Pantry
The Caring Hearts Food Pantry offers food distribution the second Saturday of each month, 9-11 a.m., at Mt Zion United Methodist Church, 120 Mt. Zion Road, Huntingdon.

Take Off Pounds Sensibly

Carroll County Commission meets the second Monday of each month, 7 p.m., in the Conference Room of the Carroll County Office Complex, High Street, Huntingdon. There are no meetings in December, February, and July.
