Bethel Hosts Summer Science Camp
Bethel University is hosting a Summer Science Camp on August 14, 5 to 7 p.m. The event is presented by the student members of the American Chemical Society and is located on the Bethel campus quad outside Morris Science Complex.

Fairview Missionary Baptist Church of McKenzie is holding a revival, July 25 to July 30. The revival is nightly at 7 p.m.
Coleman Picnic, Family Reunion
The Coleman family is hosting a picnic and family reunion on August 7 “First Saturday”, at a new location, R&R Farms, 700 Hill Road, McKenzie, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the office-shop building across from the grain bins.

Car, Truck Show
Huntingdon American Legion Post 47 is hosting the Third Annual Car and Truck Show at the Carroll County Civic Center on Saturday, August 28, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Entry is $20 for the first car and $15 for each additional entry. There is also a cornhole tournament and a 50/50 drawing along with cash drawings at 10 a.m., 11 a.m. and noon.

Nights on Broadway
McKenzie Main Street presents Nights on Broadway, a summer concert series, from 7-9 p.m. on select Thursdays from June through September in downtown McKenzie.
The lineup includes: July 29 — Longshot; August 5 — Crossfire; August 19 — James Greer Band; September 2 — Flashback; and September 16 — Dialogue.
Huntingdon American Legion is hosting a Cornhole Tournament on Saturday, August 28, 10 a.m. inside the Carroll County Civic Center. It is a two-person team, double elimination contest. $25 per person. Register up to start time. First place pays $100 and second, $50. Huntingdon American Legion Membership Drive
All veterans are invited to a membership drive of the Huntingdon American Legion, Post 47, on Sunday, July 25 at the Carroll County Civic Center. Meal starts at 1 p.m. Special speaker is Luther Holsonback, the immediate past department state commander, plus David Cobb, the ninth district commander.
