HUNTINGDON (January 29-30) — The following cases were adjudicated in Carroll County General Sessions Court on January 29-30, 2020.
Cases bound over to the Grand Jury of the Circuit Court are:
Jonathon Wayne Goodrum, homeless, bound over on Sexual Offender Registry Violation.
Brittany Nicole Harris, Atwood, bound over on Aggravated Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment and Reckless Endangerment.
The following cases were adjudicated as Pre-Trial Diversion:
Trevor Scott Richardson, Cedar Grove, pre-trial diversion on a charge of Assault, $288 restitution to victim, no contact order, supervised probation.
Pamela Mae Mabrey, Hollow Rock, pre-trial diversion for Driving While Revoked. $75 fine.
Marion Keith Nanney, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion, Theft of Merchandise, $58.96 restitution to store., no-contact order.
Anna Quinn, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion, Theft-Shoplifting, $124.98 restitution to store, no contact order.
The following cases were dismissed:
Blossom Bass, Lexington, dismissed charges of Driving While Suspended, Violation of Financial Responsibility Law.
Jerry Tyrone Dunlap, Paris, dismissed charge of Violation of Order of Protection.
Jerry Fitzgerald, Paris, dismissed charge of Driving While Revoked, Speeding.
Glynn Franklin Hilliard, Huntingdon, dismissed charge of Domestic Assault and Criminal Trespass.
Jamie Omahony, Huntingdon, dismissed, Speeding, Failure to Change Address on Drivers License, and Financial Responsibility.
James Fred Warmath, Trezevant, dismissed, Failure to Appear.
Jeremy H. Williams, Broad Street, Trezevant, dismissed charge of Driving While Suspended.
Diego Zuniga, McKenzie, dismissed Speeding, Driving While Canceled, Open Container, Failure to Carry Registration, Violation of Financial Responsibility.

Charlie Anthony Davis, Newfull Road, Trezevant, dismissed Disorderly Conduct.
Trevon Marques Gillion, Memphis, dismissed, Failure to Appear.
Jason William Keathley, Dyer, dismissed Joyriding, Domestic Assault.
Jannie Diana Leone, McKenzie, dimissed Cruelty to Animals, Disorderly Conduct, Public Intoxication.
Joanna Stallings, Camden, dismissed Meth-Possession.
The following defendants were found guilty:
Paul William Bates, Cedar Grove, guilty – DUI first offense, 11/29 suspended, two days jail, $350 fine, loss of license for one year. Dismissed Implied Consent.
Paul Bell, Jr., Memphis, guilty, Driving While Suspended, $10 fine, unsupervised probation for six months; guilty, Violation of Financial Responsibility.
Tamara Hollowell, McKenzie, guilty, Allowing Dog to Run At Large, $50 fine.
Adrian Tyman Moore, McKenzie, guilty, Failure to Carry Drivers License; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility, no sentence listed.
James Fred Warmath, Trezevant, guilty, Failure to Carry Drivers License – pled to a lesser charge than original charges, two days jail, unsupervised probation.
Diego Zuniga, McKenzie, guilty, DUI-First Offense, 11/29 suspended sentence, two days jail, $350 fine, loss of license for one year. Dismissed, Driving While Canceled, dismissed Open Container Violation, dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility.

Daniel McAlexander, Huntingdon, guilty, Failure to Appear, 10 days in jail, Probation Violation, 30 days jail, reduced to 10 days if prove employment.
JoAnna Stallings, Camden, guilty, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $150 fine, 48 hours in jail, supervised probation for 11/27.
