Carroll County Celebrates National Public Health Week with Dedication to Community Well-Being

In recognition of National Public Health Week, Carroll County Mayor Joseph Butler signed a proclamation celebrating the importance of public health and honoring those who work to improve the health and well-being of our communities. This proclamation will officially mark the first week of April as National Public Health Week in Carroll County. National Public Health Week provides an important opportunity to highlight the positive impact that public health initiatives have on our community and to commit to building a healthier future for everyone.

Carroll County Health Department remains steadfast in its dedication to advancing public health through a variety of essential programs and services, including : Primary Care, Dental, Immunizations, GIFTS (Tennessee’s pregnancy smoking cessation program), Health Promotions, Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program, Vital Records (Birth and Death Certificates) and much more.
