County Commission to Meet Monday

The Carroll County Commission will meet Monday, March 13 at 7 p.m. at the Carroll County Complex. The March agenda consists of the following items: Resolution 3-01-2023 - reappoint Brent Dillahunty and Michael Tate and appoint Ryan Drewry to the Carroll County Industrial Development Board; Resolution 3-02-2023 - pledge $500,000 of American Rescue Plan Act Funds for maintenance, repair and improvements to the Carroll County Office Complex; and Resolution 3-03-2023 – authorizing Carroll County to join the State of Tennessee and other local governments in amending the Tennessee State-Subdivision Opioid Abatement Agreement and approving the related settlement agreements.

The $500,000 for the Carroll County Office Complex for maintenance, repair and improvements would include, but are not limited to, ADA (The Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant facility entrances and exits, ADA compliance in bathrooms, new flooring, interior painting, exterior painting and cleanup.
