NASHVILLE (April 27) — According to the Tennessee Department of Health, the number of positive cases of COVID-19 in Tennessee increased over the week. Presently, there are 9,918 positive cases (up from 9,667 one day earlier) and a total of 184 deaths (up from 181 one day earlier). The numbers represent the total number of positive cases during the 2020 pandemic. A total of 837 patients were hospitalized and 4,720 have totally recovered.
In Carroll County, there has been one death, 11 recovered and 16 positive cases. A total of 396 were diagnosed as negative.
In Henry County, seven have recovered of 11 positive cases and 482 tested negative.
