Duane Patrick is National Finalist in QuestBridge

Posted

Duane Patrick, a McKenzie High School student, is a national finalist in the QuestBridge National College Match Program.

This program matches students through an application process with the nation’s best colleges and the student is considered for early admission and a full four-year scholarship from the college.

Through this program, Duane has an interview with Massachusetts Institute of Technology this week.

Currently, MIT’s acceptance rate is 4.1%, which means only accepts around 4 applicants for every 100 people that apply. A 4.1% acceptance rate means that MIT is extremely competitive to get into. Students need excellent grades, test scores, essays, and letters of recommendation to even be considered.
