Mc Kenzie, TNHUNTINGDON (July 28) — Carroll County Electric Department customers are opening their monthly statements to electric bills that are on average 21 percent higher than the same period last year. That was the information coming from the monthly meeting of the Board of Directors of the CCED on Thursday, July 28.
