Gary Rex (Jackie) Fodge

McKENZIE, Tenn. - Funeral services for Gary Rex (Jackie) Fodge are Sunday, December 5, 2021 at Brummitt McKenzie Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Sunday 11:00 a.m. until service time. Interment will be at Carroll Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Fodge, 80,  died Thursday, December 2, 2021 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. He was a retired assembly worker for Mohan International, a Vietnam Army veteran, member of the VFW and the Trezevant American Legion. He was born in Henry Co. on August 15, 1941 to the late Willie Lee and Rozelle Wheat Fodge.

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Matheny Fodge of McKenzie, two daughters, Jaclyn Dawn (Greg) Roope of Southaven, Miss. and Phyllis Ann ( Jesse) Wilson of Mixie, three sons, William Jason (Lisa) Fodge of Big Sandy, Charles Kenneth (Charlene) Davis of Mansfield and Kelvin Joel (Charlotte) Davis of Mixie, nine grandchildren, Gracie Fodge, Nettie Carolyn (Jessie) Garrett, Ewell Rex Charles (Jessica) Davis, Elizabeth Morgan Overlay, Sabrina (Van) Tipton, Johnathan Arnold, Lacey Overlay, and Jeffrey Wilson, twenty-five great-grandchildren and three great great-grandchildren.
