The following cases were heard on Thursday and Friday, January 20 and 21 in Carroll County General Sessions Court.

Cases bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court were:

Terrance Antonio Butler, Jr., Elm Street, McKenzie, bound over on burglary, theft, criminal trespass, vandalism; charges dismissed were failure to appear, two counts.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or conviction.

Kristopher Michael Bennett, Skyline Drive, Huntingdon, guilty, probation violation, 11/29 jail for probation violation, to serve 120 days, credit for time served; dismissed failure to appear, casual exchange.

Tracey D. Binion, Spring Street, Huntingdon, guilty, DUI-third offense, 11/29 sentence, to serve 45 days, $600 fine, supervised probation; dismissed, driving while revoked, implied consent.

William Brown, Maytown Road, Huntingdon, guilty, DUI-second offense, 48 hours jail, not to drive for one year, $350 fine, 11/27 supervised probation; dismissed, implied consent, seat belt violation, open container, violation of financial responsibility, driver failed to exercise due care.

Moriah Renee Follett, Miller Road, Huntingdon, guilty, domestic assault, 14 days jail, 11/15 supervised probation, no contact with victim.

Robert A. Harris,, Bobbitt Road, Bruceton, guilty, violation of order of protection, 15 days jail, 11/14 supervised probation, dismissed, aggravated stalking, violation of order of protection.

Robert J. McClerkin Holmes Mill Road, Huntingdon, guilty, meth-possession or casual exchange, 11/29 jail, to serve 30 days; 11/29 supervised probation.

Clayton Milton, Booker Street, McKenzie, guilty, meth-possession or casual exchange, $750 fine, 11/29 sentence to serve 120 days, supervised probation; dismissed, possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication.

Nakisha A. Milton, Johnson Street, Trezevant, guilty, theft of merchandise, $36.70 restitution, suspended sentence of 11/29, no contact with retailer.

Blake Speer, McKee Levee Road, Buena Vista, guilty, violation of order of protection/restraining order, two counts, 11/29 sentence to serve 90 days in-house VA program, no contact with victim.

Chrystal Gayle Owens, Henry Cemetery Lane, Henry, guilty, domestic assault, 11/29 supervised probation; guilty, driving while revoked due to DUI conviction, 48 hours jail; dismissed, child abuse/neglect/endangerment.

Shonda Puckett, Hillcourt Circle, Huntingdon, guilty, fraud use of credit card, $488 restitution; dismissed, identity theft,

Blake Edward Speer, Bobbitt Road, Bruceton, guilty, meth-possession or casual exchange, $750 fine, 11/29 sentence, to serve 90 days in house VA program; dismissed charge of drug paraphernalia.

Billy Borum, Magnolia Avenue, McKenzie, dismissed, probation violation.

Meagan Box, dismissed, driving while suspended, failure to appear, violation of financial responsibility.

Regina Bryant, Main Street, McKenzie, dismissed, failure to appear, simple possession.

Shawn Roy, Birmingham Lane, McKenzie, dismissed, driving while suspended, simple possession, improper use of vehicle registration, unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Eric Dewayne Milton, Johnson Street, Trezevant, dismissed, schedule II drugs-cocaine, meth-manufacture, deliver, sale or possess, drug paraphernalia, violation of seat belt law.

Tierra Snquice Parker, Park Circle, dismissed, aggravated assault.

Robert Robertson, Jr., Rolling Hills Dr., Jackson, dismissed, violation of order of protection.

Demarcus Robinson, Hamilton Street, McKenzie, dismissed, aggravated assault.

The following cases were adjudicated through pre-trial diversion.

Alexander R. Christian, pre-trial diversion, joyriding-unauthorized, 10 hours of community service.
