HUNTINGDON (January 4) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on Wednesday, January 4.
 
One case was bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court. 
 
David O. Woods, Able Street, Camden, was bound over to the Grand Jury on charges of Driving While Suspended, Reckless Driving, and Evading Arrest-Flight-Vehicle.
The following cases resulted in a plea or finding of guilty.
 
Frank Dewayne Branon, Dunn Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Accessory After the Fact, 11/29 jail-suspended to 30 days, 11/19 supervised probation, may be transferred to unsupervised probation after 30 days.
 
Brooke Alexandria Chandler, Newsome Street, McKenzie, guilty, Driving While Suspended, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange, 11/29 jail-suspended to six months, jail sentence shall run concurrently with previous conviction with full effective sentence of 22 months, 58 days, $250 fine, long-term treatment ordered with day-for-day credit; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
 
Paula Michelle Cook, Bridgeman Street, Huntingdon, guilty, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, 11/29 jail suspended to time served, supervised probation, alcohol and drug assessment; dismissed, Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange.
 
Eric R. Florence, Pine Street, Bruceton, guilty, Driving While Canceled, $250 fine, 6 months jail-suspended to 48 hours, supervised probation until costs paid; dismissed, Violation of Window Tint Law, dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility.
 
Marvin Gaston, Forrest Circle, McKenzie, guilty, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, 11/29 jail suspended to 48 hours; supervised probation until fees paid, unsupervised for balance; dismissed, Community Supervision Violation. 
 
Kristina Hillard, Park Cove, McKenzie, judicial diversion, Cruelty to Animals, 11/29 jail-suspended, supervised probation until fees paid, must allow officers access to perform welfare check on her animals.
 
Brandon T. Hillsman, Clay Street, Trezevant, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, not to drive for one year,, DUI school, jail sentence of 10 days; dismissed, Reckless Endangerment, dismissed, Implied Consent and Seat Belt Violation.
 
Lisa Crain Jackson, Fall Street, Nashville, guilty, Driving While Revoked, $50 fine plus costs; supervised probation.
 
Keesha Renee Johnson, Oaklawn Drive, McKenzie, guilty, Evading Arrest, 11/29 jail suspended to time served, supervised probation; dismissed, Evading Arrest Flight-Vehicle.
 
David Harold Kirksey, Renfroe Road, Huntingdon, judicial diversion, Underage Driving While Impaired, $250 fine, supervised probation until fine paid, alcohol and drug assessment; pre-trial diversion on Simple Possession-Casual Exchange, $250 fine, supervised probation until costs are paid, alcohol and drug assessment; dismissed, Implied Consent, dismissed, Failure to Display Registration Plates.
 
Rekiyas Kolhell McCauley, Cole Circle, Hollow Rock, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $250 fine, 11/29 jail-suspended to time served, supervised probation; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, dismissed, Violation of Seat Belt Law.
 
Amanda McKinney, Old State Route 22, Gleason, guilty, Failure to Appear, 11/29 jail suspended to 48 hours.
 
Jeffery D. Mitchell, Tate School Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Driving While Suspended, $50 fine, 180 days jail-suspended, supervised probation.
 
David Joshua Pappis, Watt Boone Road, Medina, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 11/29 jail suspended to 48 hours, supervised probation until costs are paid; not to drive for one year, DUI school; dismissed, Implied Consent.
 
Joseph Sellers, Eli Brown Road, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, 15 days jail, probation extended 11/29; dismissed, Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange.
 
Darin Lamount Taylor, Linden Street, McKenzie, guilty, Simple Possession or Casual Exchange, 11/29 jail-suspended to 21 days; unsupervised probation, forfeit weapons; dismissed, Possession of Firearm with Intent to Go Armed-Dangerous Felony, dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
 
Benjamin C. Thomas, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, guilty, Disorder Conduct, 30 days jail; dismissed, Aggravated Assault-Use or Display of Deadly Weapon. 
 
Jeffrey Mark Wood, Rimmer Road, Atwood, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $750 fine, 11/29 jail-suspended, unsupervised probation. 
 
Michael Wynnky, Princess Avenue, Windsor Canada, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $1,500 fine, 11/29 jail suspended except 10 days, $500 restitution to Carroll County Sheriff’s Department, not to drive for one year, DUI school, alcohol and drug assessment.
 
The following case was dismissed.
 
Jeffery Lowery, 3rd Avenue, Lebanon, dismissed, Driver Failed to Exercise Due Care.
