HUNTINGDON (January 5) — Carroll County General Sessions Court heard the following cases on January 5.
Bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court was Alexander Ross Dean, Elaine Street, Atwood, bound over on charge of theft of property, reckless endangerment - vehicle/felony, vandalism, evading arrest - vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, aggravated criminal trespass,
The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.
Matthew Berry, Parmer Rd., Camden, guilty, evading arrest-vehicle, 30 days jail, 10/29 supervised probation.
Ronda Dotts, Clay Farm Road, Atwood, guilty, theft, 90 days jail of 11/29 sentence, supervised probation, no contact with Walmart-Huntingdon.
Angel Hernandez Garcia, Polder Dr., Memphis, guilty, driving while suspended, $250 fine.
Joshua Ryan Leaver, Napier Road, Hohenwald, guilty, probation violation, 30 days jail, extended probation, must successfully complete a long-term rehab, simple possession, $750 fine, 30 days jail, 10/29 probation; dismissed, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Athena Stafford, Locust Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, failure to appear, 11/29 unsupervised probation; dismissed, failure to appear.
The following cases were dismissed.
Jeffrey McCord, Main Street, Atwood, dismissed, speeding, violation of financial responsibility; failure to appear, driving while revoked.
Michael D. Quisenberry, Florida Court, McKenzie, dismissed, theft of merchandise.
