HUNTINGDON (December 29-30) — The following cases were heard in the Carroll County General Sessions Court on December 29 and 30.
Bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court were the following cases.
Derrick Deon Gray, II, Oxford Street, Martin, bound over on charges of evading arrest, simple possession or exchange, reckless endangerment-vehicle/felony, reckless driving, resisting stop, arrest, or search, speeding.
Marcus Holder, 5th Avenue, Huntingdon, bound over, schedule II drugs - manufacture, delivery, sell, or possession, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Landon Blake Hollowell, Gate 3 Road, Henry, bound over on charges of schedule I drugs - manufacture, deliver, sell, or possession, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia.
Demarrus E. Pritchett, Buena Vista Road, Buena Vista, Tenn., bound over, aggravated assault.
Zyrone Reed, Jackson Avenue, Memphis, bound over on charge of theft of property.
The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or conviction.
Tequila Bonds, Elaine Street, Atwood, guilty, violation of order of protection, 10 days jail, 11/19 unsupervised probation, no contact with victim.
Adrian Ramon Florence, Hunter Ridge Cove, Huntingdon, guilty, resisting arrest, stop or search, six month supervised probation, not to drive for one year, alcohol and drug counseling; dismissed, DUI-first offense, leaving the scene of an accident.
Kelly De Graauw, Chickasaw Road, Paris, guilty, failure to appear, no sentence listed; dismissed, criminal trespass.
Jimmie King Williams, Clark Street, Huntingdon, guilty, failure to appear, 10 days in jail.
The following cases were dismissed.
Kristie Cerk, Forrest Avenue, McKenzie, dismissed, meth-manufacturing, deliver, sale or possess; possession of drug paraphernalia.
Terry Denise Dodd, Jamison Court, Huntingdon, dismissed, criminal trespass, public intoxication, pre-trial diversion, resist stop, arrest search, six months of supervised probation.
Lucielious Ray King, III, Ephesus Church Road, Hollow Rock, dismissed, obstruct highway or other passageways.
Kyle W. Martin, Colvett Road, Huntingdon, dismissed, driving while suspended; theft.
Brandon Hilliard, Old Stage Road, Huntingdon, dismissed, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear; pre-trial diversion, simple possession, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, $150 fine, unsupervised probation for 11/29.
Maurice Lawrence, Coleman Road, Memphis, dismissed, criminal trespass.
Rick Wilson, Cherrywood Avenue, McKenzie, dismissed, failure to appear.
The following cases were adjudicated through pre-trial diversion.

Isaiah Jacob Manhart, Cotton Creek, Bruceton, vandalism, no contact with convenience store.
