Bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court were:

Charles Rowden, Bowden Road, Huntingdon, bound over on charge of Schedule II Drugs: Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess.

Rusty Lee Shepherd, Big Buck Road, Trezevant, guilty, DUI-Second Offense, $2,000 fine, 11/29 jail suspended to 45 days, not to drive for two years, day-for-day credit for successful inpatient treatment; dismissed, Driving While Revoked; dismissed, Seatbelt Violation; dismissed, Open Container.
