HUNTINGDON — The following cases were heard in Carroll General Sessions Court on November 10.
Cases bound over to Carroll County Circuit Court were:
David Cavette, Paris Pike, McKenzie, bound over for Domestic Assault.
Michael Watne, Lakewood Lake Lane, Huntingdon, bound over for two counts of Aggravated Stalking, two counts of Violation of Protection/Restraining Order, and three counts of Harassment.
The following cases resulted in guilty verdicts or guilty pleas:
Hanna Byers, Carroll Street, Camden, guilty of Failure To Appear and Driving While License Suspended, $150 fine, cost and taxes, 6 months unsupervised probation; dismissed; charges of Financial Responsibility Law Violation and Physically Hold/Support Telecommunications Device.
Maximiliano Cabacera Cisneros, Highland Drive, McKenzie, guilty of Leaving Scene of Accident-Property Damage and Public Intoxication, $150 fine, $1000 restitution to business, and 6 months unsupervised probation; dismissed; charge of Immediate Notice of Accident.
Justin Lee Comer, Leadon-Como Road, Gleason, guilty of Probation Violation, 30 Days To Serve-In Custody.
Amber Lynn Smotherman, Hwy 70 West, Camden, guilty of Probation Violation, 90 Days Jail; dismissed; charges of Failure To Appear-Three Counts.
Kelsey A. Walker, Holmes Mill Road, Huntingdon, guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $250 fine, cost, and taxes.
The following cases were dismissed:
Chaz Richmeir, Paris Pike, McKenzie, dismissed charges of Probation Violation, Aggravated Assault, and Domestic Assault.
Christie Marie Fuzzell, Hwy 22, McKenzie, dismissed charge of Public Intoxication.
Justin Ray Gateley, Hwy 70, Cedar Grove, dismissed charges of Failure To Appear-Two Counts.
Billie Jo Hardwick, Tumbling Creek Road, McKenzie, dismissed charge of Driving While License Suspended.
Tina Louise Mann, Forrest Avenue, McKenzie, dismissed charges of Driving While License Suspended and Drivers To Exercise Due Care.
Kenneth H. Selsor, Shady Lane, Huntingdon, dismissed charges of Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, Driving While License Revoked-2nd Offense or Subsequent, and Financial Responsibility Law Violation.
