HUNTINGDON — The following cases were heard in Carroll General Sessions Court on October 27 and 28.

Cases bound over to Carroll County Circuit Court were:

Kyle W. Martin, Colvett Road, Huntingdon, bound over for Failure To Appear; dismissed; charges of Probation Violation, Theft Up To $1,000, and Driving While License Suspended.

James Scott, Harrell Street, McLemoresville, bound over for Casual Exchange-Adult/Minor-Schedule I, Possession of Schedule II Drugs with Intent to Manufacture, Deliver, or Sell, Evading Arrest Flight-Vehicle, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, Driving While License Suspended-2nd Offense or Subsequent, Felony Reckless Endangerment-Vehicle, Stop Sign Violation, and Vehicle Registration-Improper Use; dismissed; charges of Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment, Domestic Assault, Failure To Appear, Schedule II Drugs-Manufacturing, Deliver, Sell, and Possession, Tampering With Evidence, Felony Possession Of A Firearm With Intent To Go Armed, and Evading Arrest Flight-Vehicle.

The following cases resulted in guilty verdicts or guilty pleas:

Rachael Rose Bishop, North Helms Street, Lexington, guilty of Dui-First Offense, $350 fine, 48 hours jail reporting 12/10/21, and 11/27 unsupervised probation; dismissed; charges of Reckless Driving and Financial Responsibility Law Violation.

Thomas Bruce, N. Highland Drive, Jackson, guilty of Public Intoxication, $50 fine; dismissed; charge of Failure To Appear.

Telvin A. Buck, Paris Street, Huntingdon, guilty of Failure To Appear, cost, taxes, and 11-29 unsupervised probation; dismissed; charges of Driving Without A License and Financial Responsibility Law Violation.

Charles Daniel Dunning, Old State Route 22, McKenzie, guilty of Probation Violation, cost, taxes, and probation fully revoked, report to jail 11/15/21; dismissed; charges of Criminal Trespass and Theft Up To $1,000.

Bryan Ashley Green, E. Cox Street, Huntingdon, guilty of Leaving Scene Of Accident-Property Damage, $100 fine and 6 months unsupervised probation; dismissed; charge of Driving While License Suspended.

Paul Kennedy Jr, Davis Road, Camden, guilty of Failure To Appear and Probation Violation, cost and taxes, 10 days jail reporting 12/17/21, and probation extended 7 months; dismissed; charge of Failure To Appear.

De Andre Rakima Larrue, Florida Court, McKenzie, guilty of Misdemeanor Failure To Appear and Probation Violation, no sentence listed.

Sherman Nolen, E. Trigg Avenue, Memphis, guilty of Vandalism Up To $1,000, cost and taxes, no contact with victim, and 11/29 unsupervised probation; dismissed, charges of Aggravated Criminal Trespass, and Vandalism Up To $1,000.

April Sarvon Patterson, Wingo Lane, Trezevant, guilty of Driving While License Suspended, $100 fine and 11/29 unsupervised probation; dismissed; charges of Seat Belt Violation, Financial Responsibility Law Violation, and Failure To Appear.

Frank Soliz, Hwy 77, Paris, guilty of Theft of Merchandise-Shoplifting, 11/29 suspended sentence unless restitution not paid, 11/29 unsupervised probation, and 20 hours community service.

Christian Thurmond, Hill Top Road, Huntingdon, guilty of Resisting Arrest, cost and taxes, sentence-time served, and 6 months unsupervised probation; dismissed; charges of Domestic Assault, Disorderly Conduct, and Failure To Appear.

Robert Thomas Walker, Pate Road, Huntingdon, guilty of Public Intoxication, $25 fine.

Brittany Marie Ward, Kirk Road, Huntingdon, guilty of Theft Up To $1000, cost and taxes, restitution to retail business, 10 days jail reporting 1/14/2022, 11-19 supervised probation, and no contact with retail business; dismissed; charges of Theft of Merchandise-Shoplifting and Failure To Appear.

James Reed Warmath, Hwy 105, Trezevant, guilty of Possession of Meth with Intent to Manufacture, Deliver, or Sale, $750 fine, 60 days jail reporting 1/14/2022, and 9/29 supervised probation; dismissed; charges of Driving While License Suspended, Possession of Unlawful Drug paraphernalia-Attempt, Resisting Arrest, and Failure To Appear.

Savannah Michelle Whitfield, Lexington Street, Huntingdon, guilty of Meth-Possession Or Casual Exchange, $750 fine, cost, and taxes: dismissed; charges of Theft of Merchandise Up To $1,000 and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

The following case was granted pre-trial or judicial diversions:

David Paul Brown, Bass Lane, Benton, Kentucky, pre-trial diversion for Theft Up To $1,000, $100 restitution to retail business and no contact with retail business.

Tony Hanks, Lay Road, Ridgely, pre-trial diversion for Domestic Assault, cost and taxes, 11/29 supervised probation and must enroll in Domestic Violation Program in Dyersburg.

Chadrick S. Jordan, Buck Ditch Road, Huntingdon, pre-trial diversion for Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $250 fine, cost, and taxes, 11/29 supervised probation, must complete 90 days IOP, May serve 30 days in jail instead of IOP; dismissed; charges of Speeding, Seat Belt Violation, Financial Responsibility Law Violation, and Casual Exchange-Adult/Minor-Schedule II.

Diana Waggoner, Milton Road, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion for Theft Up To $1,000 and Driving While License Suspended, cost, taxes and 11/29 unsupervised probation; dismissed; charge of Stop Sign Violation.
