HUNTINGDON — The following cases were heard in Carroll General Sessions Court on December 15 and 16.

Cases bound over to Carroll County Circuit Court were:

Angie Fenti, Broad Street, Hollow Rock, bound over for Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

Ben Richard Goodwin, Elm Street, McKenzie, bound over for Aggravated Assault, Domestic Assault and Theft Up To $1,000.

Rodney L. Ferguson, N. Market Street, Paris, bound over for Felony Reckless Endangerment, Vandalism Up To $1,000, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, Evading Arrest Flight-Vehicle, and Driving While License Suspended-2nd or subsequent offense.

William Manning, Vick Road, Bradford, bound over for Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange and Possession Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia; dismissed charges; Felony Possession of Firearm with Intent To Go Armed and Simple Possession/Casual Exchange.

Thomas D. Ward, Allen Street, Bruceton, bound over for Possession of Meth with Intent to Manufacture, Deliver, or Sell, Tampering With Evidence, and Driving While License Revoked.

Letritia Ann Wortham, Allen Street, Bruceton, bound over for Possession of Schedule II Drugs with Intent to Manufacture, Deliver, Or Sell and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

The following cases resulted in guilty verdicts or guilty pleas:

Michael Aaron Aldridge, Glenwood Street, Bruceton, guilty of Assault-Physical Contact, 11/29 supervised probation, $200 restitution, Psych Evaluation and follow all recommendations as probation conditions; dismissed charges: Resisting Arrest-2 counts, Vandalism Up To $1,000, and Disorderly Conduct.

Andrew Arnold, 16400 Highland Drive, McKenzie, guilty of Possession of Meth with Intent to Manufacture, Deliver, or Sell, $750 fine, 11/29 sentence suspended except 30 days, report 1/14/2022, and 10/29 unsupervised probation.

Sarah C. Bailey, West Street, Gleason, guilty of Probation Violation, probation revoked.

James Joseph Bell, Georgia Avenue, McKenzie, guilty of Driving While License Revoked, $250 fine, 6 month sentence suspended to Unsupervised Probation; dismissed charge; Traffic Stop Violation.

Jamie Barker, West McDonald Avenue, McKenzie, guilty of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses, $150 fine and 11/29 unsupervised probation; dismissed charge; Casual Exchange-Adult/Minor-Schedule II.

William L. Burkett, Hwy 424, Yuma, guilty of Failure To Appear, 10 days to serve/in custody time served, 10-day suspended sentence.

Jaclyn N. Dodd, W. McDonald Avenue, McKenzie, guilty of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $150 fine and 11/29 unsupervised probation; dismissed charges; Casual Exchange-Adult/Minor-Schedule II and Simple Possession/Casual Exchange.

Jada Faro, Buena Vista School Road, Bruceton, guilty of Failure To Appear, 48 hours jail reporting 1/14/2022 and 11/27 unsupervised probation; dismissed charges; Disorderly Conduct and Failure To Appear.

Kristy Gordon, Batey Lane, Bruceton, guilty of Probation Violation, $750 fine waived, 11/29 to serve except 10 days to serve/weekends, 11/29 supervised probation, report to jail by 2/22/22.

Richard Mitchell, Walker Street, Trezevant, guilty of Joyriding-Unauthorized Use of Auto/Other Vehicles, 11/29 sentence suspended, 11/29 unsupervised probation.

Jackson Christopher Norris, Reed Circle, Medina, guilty of Unlawful Use Drug Paraphernalia $150 fine, A&D Evaluation-File Proof w/court within 90 days, and 11/29 supervised probation; dismissed charges; DUI-First Offense and Possession of Handgun While Under Influence.

Jamie Omahony, Lexington Street, Huntingdon, guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange and Theft Up To $1,000, $250 fine, 120 days jail reporting 1/3/2022, 31 months/27 days supervised probation; dismissed charges; Probation Violation-2 counts, Contempt of Court, Possession of Schedule II Drugs with Intent to Manufacture, Deliver or Sell, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia-Attempt, Driving While License Suspended, Speeding, Financial Responsibility Law Violation, and Failure To Appear-2 counts.

Kenneth Louis Webb, Jr, Clairpointe Cove, Jackson, guilty of DUI-First Offense, 48 hours jail reporting 1/7/2022, 11/27 supervised probation with SSI, Loss of License for 1 Year, and $350 fine; dismissed charges; Misdemeanor Implied Consent, Driving Without License, Registration Law Violation, and Financial Responsibility Law Violation.

Elijah Paul Williams, Buena Vista Road, Huntingdon, guilty of Driving While License Cancelled, 2 days jail, 5 months/28 days unsupervised probation, and Driving Privileges Revoked.

Chasity Ann Wyatt, Sandy Park Drive, Lexington, guilty of Probation Violation and Failure To Appear, and Possession of Schedule II Drugs with Intent to Manufacture, Deliver, or Sell, $750 fine, 120 days jail, and 10/29 supervised probation; dismissed charges; Possession of Schedule I Drugs with Intent to Manufacture, Deliver, or Sell, and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia-Attempt, and Failure To Appear.

Peran York, Crum Road, Yuma, guilty of Resisting Arrest, 3 months jail, 3 months unsupervised deferred probation, and court cost; dismissed charge; disorderly conduct.

The following case was granted pre-trial or judicial diversions:

Jacorris Devonte Lamar, Watson Bay Trail, Stone Mountain, Georgia, pre-trial diversion for Sexual Battery, court costs, attend in-person counseling for sexual assault prevention, provide proof of good standing at Reinhardt University.

Malik Roberson, Tranquil Lane, Martin, pre-trial diversion for Possession/Casual Exchange and Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses, $250 fine, 11/29 suspended sentence, and 33 months/28 days supervised probation; dismissed charge; Felony Possession of Firearm with Intent To Go Armed.

Brenden Scott Smith, Northwood Drive, Huntingdon, pre-trial diversion for Possession/Casual Exchange, 6 months supervised probation, pre-pay for 3 random drug screens, pay court cost by next court date; dismissed charges, Window Tint Violation, Light Law-Motor Vehicle Violation, and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

The following cases were dismissed:

Latasha Evone Allen, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, dismissed charges of Assault-Bodily Injury, Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct, Theft Up To $1,000, Domestic Assault, and Aggravated Assault.

Jerry D. Carroll, Old Stage Road, Huntingdon, dismissed charges of Public Intoxication and Failure to Appear.

Curtis Owens, Holcomb Street, Hollow Rock, dismissed charges of Failure To Appear – 3 counts.

Kaitlynn Autumn Webb, E. Main Street, Dresden, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, dismissed case reset for 12/14/2022.
