The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on December 22.

Cases bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court include:

Dora Lee Ewald, Paris Street, Huntingdon, bound over on theft of merchandise.

Christopher Hinson, Hurt Street, Trezevant, bound over on violation of order of protection.

Elijah Paul Howard, Parkview Courts, Lexington, bound over on charge of evading arrest.

James Sole, Forrest Avenue, McKenzie, bound over on possession of meth, schedule VI drugs, criminal impersonation, resist stop, arrest or search, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia; dismissed, criminal impersonation.

The following persons had a guilty finding or plea.

Wesley Campbell, Renfroe Road, Huntingdon, guilty plea of driving while canceled, 29 days to serve in custody, unsupervised probation.

Jessica L. Doster, Hill Top Dr., McKenzie, guilty, theft, 10 days in jail, suspended sentence and unsupervised probation for 11/19; dismissed, contempt of court.

Dillon Edward Ray Gregory, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, guilty, violation of order of protection, 10 days jail.

George C. Hill, III, Highway 70, Cedar Grove, guilty, domestic assault, 30 days jail, 10/29 supervised probation.

Delena B. Kerr, Highway 22, McKenzie, probation violation, 15 days jail; fraud use of credit/debit card, $120 restitution to victim, 11/29 supervised probation; dismissed, failure to appear.

Doris Ridley, Cotton Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, contempt of court, 10 days jail; dismissed, failure to appear.

James Sole, Forrest Avenue, McKenzie, probation violation, 90 days in jail.

Carla Wagner, Milligan Highway, Johnson City, Tenn., violation of order of protection/restraining order, 30 days jail, 10/29 unsupervised probation.

The following cases were dismissed.

Wesley Campbell, Renfroe Road, Huntingdon,dismissed, driving on revoked.

Mariah Jean Cook, Greendale Dr., Jackson, dismissed, assault, disorderly conduct.

Tanner Chase Matheny, Holmes Street, Trezevant, dismissed, assault.
