HUNTINGDON — The following cases were heard in Carroll General Sessions Court on January 26.

Cases bound over to Carroll County Grand Jury were:

William Beaton, Dillahunty Road, Huntingdon, was bound over on charges of Domestic Assault, Aggravated Criminal Trespass, Unlawful Possession of Weapon, Possession Weapon-Convicted Felon, and Simple Possession/Casual Exchange.

Brittany Hill, Elm Street, McKenzie, bound over for Aggravated Burglary and Theft Up To $1,000; Guilty of Probation Violation, 120 days jail or inpatient rehab and 7/29 Supervised Probation; dismissed charge of Theft Up To $1,000.

Bradley Alton Perry, Hebron Church Road, Bruceton, bound over for Aggravated Burglary-Three Counts, Attempted Aggravated Burglary, Vandalism Up To $1,000-Two Counts and Theft of Property-$1,000 to $2,500-Two Counts.

The following cases resulted in guilty verdicts or guilty pleas:

Daniel Barnhart, Old Paris Road, McKenzie, found guilty of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses & Activities, 11/29 suspended sentence, 11/29 unsupervised probation, File Proof of Drivers License; dismissed charges of Driving While License Suspended-2nd or Subsequent Offense and Physically Hold/Support Telecommunication Device.

Corbin Combs, Chestnut Street, Bruceton, found guilty of Reckless Driving, $50 fine, 180 day sentence suspended, unsupervised probation, get driver’s license reinstated; dismissed charges of Driving While License Suspended, Financial Responsibility Law Violation, and Light Law Violation-Motor Vehicle.

Zachary Jamison, Blue Lane, Huntingdon, guilty of DUI-First Offense and Evading Arrest, $350 fine plus court costs, 90 days jail, and loss of license for 1 year; dismissed charges of Reckless Endangerment-Vehicle/Felony, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, Driving While License Suspended, and Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic.

Ausie W. Welch, McKendree Lane, Huntingdon, guilty of Domestic Assault, 11/29 Suspended Sentence, 11/29 Supervised Probation, No contact with victims, and Comply with Carey Counseling Treatment and A&D Assessment recommendations.

Christopher S. Van Wetter, Highland Drive, McKenzie, guilty of Theft Up To $1,000, Pay restitution to victim and pay court costs along with no contact with victims; dismissed charge of Criminal Trespass.

The following case was granted pre-trial or judicial diversions:

Justin Quinn Barnhart, Old Paris Road, McKenzie, Pre-trial Diversion for Domestic Assault, Alcohol and Drug Assessment within 60 days and follow recommendations, Supervised probation until costs and A&D assessment are complete.

Jerry Coleman, Hurt Street, Trezevant, Pre-trial Diversion for Assault-Bodily Injury, costs to the defendant and follow recommendations of Neurosurgeon.

The following cases were dismissed:

Christopher Steven McCaslin, Old Lavinia Road, Cedar Grove, dismissed charges of Theft of Property $2,500-$10,000 and Theft Up To $1,000.

Melissa Anne Moore, Sydnor Road, McKenzie, dismissed charge of Violation of No Contact Order.
