HUNTINGDON (March 6) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on March 6.

Several defendants’ cases were bound over to the Grand Jury of the Circuit Court.

Cody Bourne, McCadams Road, Huntingdon, was bound over to the Grand Jury on a charge of Reckless Endangerment-Vehicle.

Bryan L. King, Industrial Drive, Lexington, was bound over on a charge of Meth-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell, Possess with Intent.

Danny Ray Maness, State Route 114, Buena Vista, bound over on charge of DUI-First Offense.

Joseph T. McGregor, Johnson Road, Atwood, bound over on a charge of Evading Arrest-Flight-Vehicle, Resist Stop, Arrest, Search.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.

Tammy Renea Brown, Price Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $1,000 fine, probation; dismissed, Meth-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess.

Jonathan D. Choate, Freemont Street, Dyer, guilty, Driving While Canceled, 14 days-time served; probation, must obtain driver’s license; dismissed, Failure to Appear.

Wesley Alan Essary, Black Bottom Road, Lexington, guilty, Failure to Appear; sentence to run consecutively with another conviction.

Floyd Edward Hilliard, Jr., Buck Ditch Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $750 fine, credit for time served, probation, alcohol and drug evaluation; dismissed, Driving While Suspended.

Jennifer Hopper, Victor Drive, Memphis, guilty, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $250 fine, credit for time served, probation; dismissed, Disorderly Conduct.

Scottie Damount King, Highway 140, Cedar Grove, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 48 hours jail, not to drive for one year, DUI School, probation; dismissed, Schedule II Drugs, Speeding, Seat Belt Violation, Financial Responsibility.

Douglas Marshall, Redden Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, Reckless Driving, $500 fine, probation; dismissed, Implied Consent.

Leroy Mealer, Johnson Street, Alamo, guilty, Driving While Canceled, credit for 12 days jail; supervised probation.

Eric Parker, Buckley Street, Hollow Rock, Driving While License Canceled - Second or Subsequent Offense, $250 fine, 10 days jail, probation, must obtain a valid driver’s license; dismissed, Seat Belt Violation; dismissed,, Registration Expired; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility.

Angela Michelle Richmond, White Rose Street, Humboldt, guilty, Reckless Endangerment-No Weapon Involved, $100 fine, probation; dismissed, Driver Failed to Exercise Due Care.

Justin Brent Searatt, State Route 114, Hollow Rock, guilty, Driving While Canceled, time served, probation, must obtain Driver’s License; dismissed, Display of Registration.

William Joseph Shilts, Highway 22, McKenzie, guilty, Registration Certificate Must Be Carried, $50 fine, probation.

Steven J. Thompson, Mathers, Orleans, Indiana, guilty, Driving While Suspended - Second or Subsequent Offense; guilty, Violation of Financial Responsibility, $250 fine, time served, probation; dismissed, Light Law Violation.

Michael Webb, Walnut Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, 15 days jail; probation extended.

Homer Willis, Jr., Cheatham Street, Bruceton, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $750 fine, probation.

Brittany Lynn Wilson, Wood Avenue, Camden, pre-trial diversion, Disorderly Conduct.

Mark Wortham, Hollywood Drive, Jackson, guilty, Escape, to run consecutive with another conviction.
