The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on March 26.

The following defendant was bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.

Kenyale Cliff, Trenton Highway, Humboldt, was bound over on charge of Theft of Firearm, Violation of Display of Registration Plates, Violation of Financial Responsibility, and Registration Expired.

The following cases resulted in a guilty finding or plea.

Sarah Elizabeth Bryant, Griggs Chapel Road, Cedar Grove, guilty, Probation Violation, 11/29 supervised probation.

Susan Coplin, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, guilty, Reckless Driving; guilty, Probation Violation, time served, probation extended; dismissed, Financial Responsibility; dismissed, Implied Consent.

Colton Blake Kyle, Green Valley Road, Bruceton, guilty, Resist Stop, Arrest, Search, six months jail, may attend in-patient treatment; dismissed, Evading Arrest.

Douglas Pracher, Perrit Lane, Huntingdon, pre-trial diversion, Assault, 90 days probation;

Nicholas Snider, Sandhill Drive, Gleason, guilty, Meth-Possessor Casual Exchange, $750 fine, 11/29 jail-suspended except for 30 days.

Dustin Eugene Whitson, Garrett, Gleason, guilty, Driving While Canceled, six months probation, must obtain a valid license.

Joe Williams, East Main Street, Atwood, guilty, Assault, 11/29 jail suspended except 13 days, probation; dismissed, Aggravated Criminal Trespass.

The following cases were dismissed.

Dana Anderson, Birmingham Lane, McKenzie, dismissed, Theft.

Chandra Blackburn, White Street, Martin, dismissed, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon.

Quince Allen Glasgow, Jr, Winchester Street, McKenzie, dismissed, Driving While Suspended.

Christopher Gregory, Hopewell Street, Gleason, dismissed, Simple Possession; dismissed, Schedule II and IV Drugs — Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess.
