HUNTINGDON — The following cases were heard in Carroll General Sessions Court on March 30 and 31.

Cases bound over to Carroll County Circuit Court were:

Charlie Bright, Winchester Street, McKenzie, Bound Over for Possession Weapon-Convicted Felon and Theft Up To $1,000.

Mary Joann Davis Johnson, Hwy 79, Trezevant, Bound Over for Disorderly Conduct; Guilty of Probation Violation, 30 days jail report to jail by 4/18/22.

Mandy L. Terry, West Main Street, Dresden, Bound Over for Meth-MFG, Deliver, Sale, Possession with Intent and Possession Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

The following cases resulted in guilty verdicts or guilty pleas:

Abagail L. Kennedy, Mays Bridge Road, Paris, Guilty of Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange, $750 fine, 90 days in jail/Already in Custody, 8/29 supervised probation; dismissed charge of Failure To Appear.

Colton J. Norton, Divider and Natchez Trace Road, Camden, Guilty of Driving While License Revoked (2nd or Subsequent Offense) – Due To DUI Conviction, 90 days jail/already in custody and 8/29 supervised probation; Dismissed charges of Muffler Law Violation, Meth-Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, Casual Exchange-Adult/Minor-Schedule VI-ATT and Possession Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

Kenneth Wayne Payne Jr, Park Cove, McKenzie, Guilty of Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange, $750 fine, 30 days jail report by 5/16/22 and 10/29 supervised probation; dismissed charge of Driving While License Revoked-2nd or subsequent offense.

Elijah David Sellers, Luck Madden Road, Humboldt, Guilty of Theft of Merchandise – Shoplifting, 30 days jail/already in custody and 10/29 unsupervised probation.

Jonathan White, Murphy Lane, Whiteville, Guilty of Drivers License To Be Carried and Exhibited, $50 fine, 30 days unsupervised probation, and Must Complete DSS; Dismissed charge of Speeding.

The following case was granted pre-trial or judicial diversions:

Joseph Johnson, Hillcourt Circle, Huntingdon, Pre-Trial Diversion for Theft Up To $1,000, 11/29 unsupervised probation and No Violent Contact with Victim.

Crystal Ann Mattox, Fieldwood Drive, Huntingdon, Pre-Trial Diversion for Theft of Merchandise Up To $1,000, LIT Taxes, 11/29 Unsupervised Probation, $71.31 Restitution to Walmart and no contact with Walmart.

The following cases were dismissed:

Clinton Dailey Hoard, Forrest Brook Drive, Memphis, Dismissed charge of Disorderly Conduct.

William Grant Lawton, Beaverdam Lodge Circle, Camden, Dismissed charge of Public Intoxication.

Jamie Omahony, Lexington Street, Huntingdon, Guilty of Probation Violation, 75 days in jail/Already in custody, Probation extended for period of non-compliance. Dismissed charges of Failure to Appear, Driving While License Suspended, Expired Registration, and Criminal Impersonation
