HUNTINGDON (April 2) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on April 2.
Two defendants were bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.
Ashton Siler, Greenview, Jackson, bound over on charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Meth-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess with Intent; Possession of Schedule II Drugs.
Drew R. Smith, McCadams, Huntingdon, bound over on charges of Schedule IV Drugs-Manufacturing, Deliver, Sell or Possess; Schedule II Drugs; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Meth- Possess or Casual Exchange.
The following cases resulted in a guilty finding or plea.
Joshua Cook, Howse Church Road, Atwood, guilty, Probation Violation, three months jail suspended to 30 days; supervised probation.
Oziel Hernandez, Berrypick Lane, Memphis, pre-trial diversion, Tampering with Evidence; dismissed, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Timothy Alen Hough, College Street, Bruceton, pre-trial diversion, Cruelty to Animals, no longer to possess the dog.
Janiaya Eriauna Miller, pre-trial diversion, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, probation, alcohol and drug evaluation and counseling; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; dismissed, Tampering with Evidence.
Daniel Wayne Parker, Highway 124, Yuma, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $750 fine, jail sentence suspended to 30 days; probation; dismissed, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, forfeit weapon to sheriff; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Paul Pease, North Carroll, Bruceton, guilty, Criminal Trespass, $50 fine, probation, no contact with victim.
Gavin Rosson, Gardner Road, Cedar Grove, guilty, Probation Violation, 11/29 jail, may be furloughed to rehab after 90 days.
Athena Stafford, Elm Street, McKenzie, guilty, Domestic Assault, 11/29 jail suspended to time served; defendant to complete mental health evaluation.
