HUNTINGDON — The following cases were heard in Carroll General Sessions Court on May 4 and 5.

Cases bound over to Carroll County Circuit Court were:

Misty G. Hill, S. Eagle Creek Road, Holladay, Bound Over for 2 counts Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, 2 counts Possession Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, Light Law – Motor Vehicle, Meth – MFG, Deliver, Sale, Possession With Intent, and Failure To Appear.

Lauren Rich, Bridgeman Street, Huntingdon, Bound Over for Schedule II Drugs: Manufacturing, Deliver, Sale, Possession, Schedule I Drugs: Manufacturing, Deliver, Sale, Possession, Schedule IV: Manufacturing, Deliver, Sale, Possession, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, and Possession Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

The following cases resulted in guilty verdicts or guilty pleas:

Markel T. Allen, Alabama Street, McKenzie, Guilty of Reckless Endangerment – No Weapon Involved, Jail Sentence Suspended, $1,000 restitution to victim, and 11/29 supervised probation; Dismissed charges of Allow Dogs Run At Large-Serious Bodily Injury – 2 counts, Allow Dogs Run At Large-Property Damage, Allow Dogs To Run At Large, Failure To Appear.

Anthony Allen Arnold, Old Paris Road, McKenzie, Guilty of DUI: First Offense, $350 fine, 48 hours to serve reporting 5/24/22, 11/27 supervised probation, and firearm returned to defendant by TDOS; Dismissed charges of Possession Of Handgun While Under Influence and Violation of Seat Belt – 18 and Older.

Michael Howard, Magnolia Avenue West, McKenzie, Guilty of 2 counts Domestic Assault, 10 days jail, 23/18 supervised probation, report to jail 5/27/22, complete parenting class, and supervised contact for 90 days.

Daniel Lewis Mitchum, Cotham Drive, Huntingdon, Guilty of DUI: First Offense, $350 fine, 48 hours jail, report to jail 6/24/22, and 11/27 unsupervised probation; Dismissed charges of Open Container Violation, Light Law – Motor Vehicle, and Financial Responsibility Law Violation.

Robert Payne Jr, Linden Heights, McKenzie, Guilty of Casual Exchange-Adult/Minor-Schedule VI, $750 fine, 90 days jail, 8/29 supervised probation, and report to jail 6/17/22; Dismissed charge of Failure To Appear.

Joshua Snead, Eli Brown Road, McKenzie, Guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange – METH and Probation Violation, Probation Revoked, 30 days jail, and must complete 1 year in patient rehab and receive jail credit day to day; Dismissed charge of 2 counts Failure To Appear.

Anthony Stawicki, Hilltop Drive, McKenzie, Guilty of DUI: First Offense, $350 fine, 48 hours jail, 11/27 supervised probation and report to jail 6/10/22; Dismissed charge of Vehicles/Streetcars Stop At All Stop Signs.

Gerald Thomas Stevens, Hampton Cemetery Road, Huntingdon, Guilty of Driving While License Revoked – 2nd or Subsequent Offense, 30 days jail, 10/29 unsupervised probation, and report to jail 6/24/22.

Homer Lee Willis, Cheatham Street, Bruceton, Guilty of DUI: First Offense, $350 fine, 48 hours jail, 11/27 supervised probation, Report To Jail 6/24/22, and Not To Drive One Year.

The following case was granted pre-trial or judicial diversions:

Heather Cook, Hwy 79 Lane, Atwood, Pre-Trial Diversion for Reckless Endangerment – No Weapon Involved, $350 fine, 48 hours to serve reporting 6/24/22, 11/27 supervised probation, and provide to Supervisory Services that is weaning off Suboxone; Dismissed charges of Implied Consent – MISD, Drivers License-Address Required Within 10 Days, Seat Belt Violation – 18 and Older, Notice Of Change Of Address, and Financial Responsibility Law Violation.

Taylor Lockhart, Stinson Street, Milan, Pre-Trial Diversion for Assault-Bodily Injury, 11/29 Jail, 11/29 probation, $2059.02 restitution, no contact with victim, and must complete anger management class; Dismissed charge of Domestic Assault – 2nd Offense.

The following cases were dismissed:

Joel Shane Fry, Hwy 70, Cedar Grove, Dismissed charges of Theft Up To $1,000 and Failure To Appear.

Lacey Hitchens, Handsford Place, Jackson, Dismissed charges of Failure To Appear and Driving While License Suspended.
