HUNTINGDON (May 10) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on May 10.

Richard Allen Ballew, Newsome Street, McKenzie, was bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court on charges of Schedule II drugs - Meth.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.

James Kevin Abbott, McCool Drive, Jackson, guilty, Public Intoxication, 30 days jail. Dismissed, Driving While Revoked; dismissed, Implied Consent.

Whitney Aaliyah Barnhill, Cherokee Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, Child Abuse, Neglect, Endangerment, supervised probation for one year.

Seth Demarco Boykin, Church Street, Jackson, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $250 fine, supervised probation, eligible for expungement after one year if abides by court.

Lucas Riley Bushart, Highway 88, Friendship, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $1,500 fine, 11/29 jail-suspended to time served; alcohol and drug evaluation.

Joshua Cashman, Stonewall Street, McKenzie, guilty, Driving While Suspended, six months of probation; dismissed, Speeding.

Steven Scott Doest, Highland Drive, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, 10 days jail, probation extended for seven months.

Nicholas Harkness, Summerwood Drive, Benton, Arkansas, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 48 hours jail, supervised probation, not to drive for one year; dismissed, Leaving Scene of Accident.

Kesia D. Henderson East Wood Street, Paris, guilty, Failure to Appear, 10 days jail.

John Kerr, Thorn Oak Drive, Jackson, guilty, Violation of Probation, 210 days jail, time credit for 150 days, seven months extension of probation.

Zoe Klein, University Blvd., Highlands Ranch, Colorado, pre-trial diversion, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, 11/25 unsupervised probation, $750 fine; dismissed, Schedule IV Drugs; dismissed, Resist Stop, Arrest, Search; dismissed, Assault on First Responder.

Keon Williams, Field Street, McKenzie, guilty, Reckless Threaten Act of Mass Violence-School; 90 days jail, $50 fine; supervised probation.
