HUNTINGDON — The following cases were heard in Carroll General Sessions Court on March 9 and 10.

Cases bound over to Carroll County Circuit Court were:

James C. Capps, Peggy Lane, Atwood, Bound Over for 2 Counts of Aggravated Assault.

Barbara Marie Chunn, Flowers Street, Milan, Bound Over for Stalking and Failure To Appear.

Trey Da’Shaun Mitchell, Buena Vista Road, Huntingdon, Bound Over for Aggravated Burglary and Theft of Property $1,000 - $2,500; Dismissed Charges of Harassment, Aggravated Criminal Trespass, and Resist Stop, Arrest, Search (No Weapon).

Roy W. Zinkel, Jr, Purdy Road, Clarksburg, Bound Over for METH – MFG, Deliver, Sale, Possession With Intent, Possession Firearm With Intent To Go Armed – Dangerous Felony, Possession Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, and Registration Expired.

The following cases resulted in guilty verdicts or guilty pleas:

Gwendelyn Bradley, Alabama Street, McKenzie, Guilty of Theft Up To $1,000, $500 restitution to victim, and 11/29 Supervised Probation.

Tracy Bruff, Main Street N, McKenzie, Guilty of Disorderly Conduct and Failure To Appear, 30 Days Jail Report 6/13/22; Dismissed Charges of Failure To Appear and Assault-Bodily Injury.

Melissa M. Carter, Wynne Grove Road, Cordova, Guilty of Assault – Bodily Injury, $20 fine, Six months Supervised Probation, No Contact With Victim, Complete Anger Management and Provide Proof to Court; Dismissed charge of Assault – Bodily Injury.

Braden Nicholas Frye, Broad Street, Bruceton, Guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, No Sentence Listed; Dismissed charge of Seat Belt Violation – 18 and Older. Kaitlyn Candice Gehl, Hillcourt Circle, Huntingdon, Guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $250 fine and 11/29 Supervised Probation; Dismissed Charge of Possession Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia-Attempt and Failure To Appear.

Samuel Evan Arellano Gregory, Hillcourt Circle, Huntingdon, Guilty of Probation Violation, 30 days to serve reporting 6/6/22, Extended for 6 months for non-compliance.

James A. Hanna, Highway 190, McKenzie, Guilty of Abandonment of Airtight Containers and Reckless Endangerment – Deadly Weapon Involved - Attempt, 30 Days Jail, 22/28 Supervised Probation; Dismissed Charge of Unlawful Possession of Weapon.

Joshua Haynes, Barksdale Avenue, McKenzie, Guilty of METH – Possession or Casual Exchange, $750 fine, 90 Days Jail, Report 7/11/22, and 8/29 Supervised Probation; Dismissed Charges of Driving While License Suspended – 2nd or Subsequent Offense, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, Possession Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, and Windows Tinted.

Charles Hill, Green Allen Springs Road, Huntingdon, Guilty of Probation Violation, 60 days to serve report 6/13/22, No contact with business, and Probation extended for period of Non-compliance; Dismissed Charges of 2 Counts Failure To Appear and Criminal Trespass.

Michael D. Quisenberry, Florida Court, McKenzie, Guilty of Domestic Assault, 60 Days Jail Reporting 8/8/22, 9/29 Supervised Probation; Dismissed Charge of Aggravated Assault.

Stella Louise Siggers, Kiwi Lane, Huntingdon, Guilty of Failure To Appear and Probation Violation, 90 Days to serve, Running Concurrent to Previous Drug Charges.

Jackie Marie Stevens, Wood Avenue, Camden, Guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $250 fine and 11/29 Supervised Probation; Dismissed Charges of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, Registration Ticket Must Be Carried, Light Law Violation, Financial Responsibility Law Violation, and Drivers to Exercise Due Care.

The following case was granted pre-trial or judicial diversions:

Cendriyanna S. Johnson, McMurray Road, Trenton, Pre-Trial Diversion for Assault – Bodily Injury, 11/29 Supervised Probation, No Contact with Victim, and 40 Hours of Community Service Provide Proof To Court; Dismissed Charge of Aggravated Assault.

The following cases were dismissed:

Angel Bach, Charlemagne Blvd, Clarksville, Dismissed Charges of Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment 8 Years or less and Possession Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

Sheila Faye Mitchell, S. Hwy 45 Bypass, Trenton, Dismissed Charges of 4 Counts of Criminal Simulation – Up To $1,000 – Attempt and Forgery Conspiracy.
